Have you felt the Seabreeze splashed in your face on a windy day? Or been on a high speed boat and held your head out over the passing water? This is all of that in a painting! 

Using glass a sheet for a canvas, I have painted a ‘floating‘ wave on the surface. The waves are tinted with deep ocean blue hues, shimmering metallics and white caps. It takes you right to the oceans surface, with the transparency of the canvas and the wet wave splashing right through the middle of the piece. You can see the shadows of the resin wave projected on the white backing, giving depth and intensifying the rich tones of the Sea. Suitable for a well lit interior, where the light can bring the glass-wave to life!
